Transfer to Akerman Medieval Fortress (Ukraine)
The fortress is located in the Odessa region, the city of Belgorod-Dniestrovsk and is one of the most impressive 13th-15th century medieval buildings in Ukraine. Strong defense walls and towers, almost completely preserved to this day, show us how significant and impregnable this building was. On the highest site of the fortress, there are the remains of a Turkish mosque - a minaret built on the ruins of a Christian church in the 12th-13th centuries. Also on the territory of the fortress are the Court of the Garrison, where were the barracks, stables and storage rooms, the court of the House for trade, and the citadel where the commander and his headquarters were.
