On the outskirts of the Gaidar village of Gagauzia is the historical monument – Windmill, built in 1895. The mill survived miraculously to this day, considering that 12 mills, which were in the same village, were destroyed in Soviet times.
Today everyone has the opportunity to visit the “wooden bird” and learn the techniques of flour processing, a process that until recently was a common one in the lives of the locals.
