The History Museum was established in 1973, in the city of Vulcanesti. Today it is a popular place for tourists and locals. The museum regularly hosts exhibitions on various topics, and counts a unique collection of over 18,000 exhibits.
Here are rare artifacts from the Russian-Turkish wars of the late eighteenth century, as well as from the immigrants from the Balkan Peninsula from the early nineteenth century. And of course, here are objects that reflect the history of the city and its present.
